Boy Tessa,
You sound really stressed! I'm sorry. I know it can be hard. It's good to help people when you can especially family. But we must always be careful of two things..
One...it can not interfere with our relationship with God.
Two...it can not affect the well-being of our family (spouse, kids)
Those two things are your FIRST priority. If you feel that it's affecting either of those two things, then you definitely need to stand up and say something.
However, give yourself time to calm down. Don't go to them in anger. It will only cause MORE problems! Instead..take some deep breathes think about the things you want them to change and when you are calm..go to them in love..an example
"I really want to help you guys out. You are welcome to stay BUT there needs to be some conditions..
one...Michael and I are the only ones to discipline our children
two...there will be no talk of drugs...etc.
Be Firm but calm! It is YOUR home. They should respect YOUR rules. Just as you would need to if the tables were turned. If they don't respect your wishes, then it's their choice to leave.
God does not expect us to allow people to walk all over us. Jesus was NEVER a door mat for anyone. He always acted in LOVE but He always stood for what was right.
Also, sounds like you are making the decision to get your life back on the right track. You are just learning how to serve the Lord and discovering your relationship with Christ. It's really important for you to be surrounded by those who truly have a heart after God right now. You're going to need the support! You need to get YOUR roots firmly planted before you start wondering through the weeds, cause it's going to be really easy to get yourself entangled in those weeds for awhile, (not forever, but for awhile) Does that make since? I hope my metaphor doesn't sound too harsh. I'm not trying to put put anyone down.
Anyway, I'll be praying. Ask God for wisdom in this situation and then get into His Word, He'll show you what you need to do!
"If any of you lack wisdom, let them ask of God that gives to all liberally, and it shall be given unto them." James 1:5
Love ya,
Dana
