Changing my life and witnessing

I am trying to change my life around, going to church and becoming a child of god again. When i was younger i was always there from the time it opened to the time it closed. Somehow through out the years i have fallen away from that. So with this being the week of Easter and me having 8 people in my house and trying to feed them all. I thought i would do alittle witnessing.
I took my sister, niece and boyfriend in 2 weeks ago. Anybody who has ever stayed with relatives or has had them stay with you knows that it is very hard. They were homeless and had absolute no place to go. So i did take them in. I do sometimes think what did i get myself into. Taking her back and forth to work when i don't even really have the money.

"But when the multitudes knew it, they followed him; and he received them and spoke to them about the kingdom of god, and healed those who had need of healing. When the day began to wear away; the twelve came and said to him, "send the multitude away, that they may go into the surrounding towns and country, and lodge and get provisions; for we are in a deserted place here."
But he said to them, "You give them something to eat." And they said "we have no more than five loaves and two fish, unless we go and buy food for all these people." For there were about five thousand men. Then he said to his disciples "make them sit down in groups of fifty."
and they did so, and made them all sit down.
then he took the five loave and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he blessed and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the multitude.
So they all ate and were filled, and twelve baskets of the leftover fragments were taken up by them.
Luke 9:10-17

Just as god showed his disciples, he has shown me that in all of this we will have enough no matter how much we worry.

Yay Tessa!

You Go Girl!

But the Word also says,
"Worry for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."

Then...

"My God shall supply ALL your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Phillipians 4:7

For...

"...Let the Lord be magnified, which has PLEASURE IN THE PROSPERITY OF HIS SERVANT!"
Psalm 35:27

We serve a God whom not only wants to bless us, but actually takes pleasure in it! How awesome is that!

Keep trusting God and Giving Him all the Glory and He will NEVER fail you!

I was just trying to do some last minute touches on the Praise and Worship list for Easter! Do you guys have any plans? You could always visit us! :) If you have any favorite songs, let me know and I'll try to squeeze it in for ya! Just a thought!

Love ya,
Dana

Tessa,
I LOVE your post! I was just trying to point out that when we place our trust in the Lord there is no need to worry!
We don't worry about the ground being there when we step out of bed..we just KNOW it's going to be there! Same with the provisions of God. God has promised therefore IT IS! As long as we do our part and trust HIM...there is no need to worry. We just expect them.

God WILL ALWAYS come through! Sometimes at the very last possible moment (He loves to test our patience and faith, but He's always on time) and sometimes in the most unusual ways... When His disciples needed money to pay their taxes, Jesus told them to go fishing! Literally!
(Matthew 17:27) God supplied the money in a fishes mouth! Talk about your miracles...LOL
See when you place your trust in Him..God WILL supply your needs..even if you have to pull it out of a fishes mouth! :)

Church starts @ 10:30. I can't wait to see Bryer's new shoes and your precious little niece.

Love,
Dana
